Athletics Workshops

In and around the County we have top class coaches and individuals who are keen to 'spread' the word. Wherever possible we use these skills to deliver local workshops on specific topics that are relevant to the development of our sport.

Coaching, technical events, strength and conditioning, nutrition and psychology of performance have all been covered in previous workshop sessions.

Planned workshops are shown below and are updated at regular points during the year, but if you can't find the workshop you are looking for, need some advice, or have ideas to suggest for workshops, Contact Us and we'll do our best to help.
